Terms of Service
1. Service
ScribeForge ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered audio transcription service at scribeforge.tech, operated by WPSani.store (VAT IT12343720012). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. Free tier
Free users may perform 2 transcriptions per calendar day per IP address. Free results show only a 200-character preview. We reserve the right to adjust these limits.
3. Paid plans
- 50 Credits ($9) — grants 50 full transcriptions. Credits never expire. No refunds after 3+ credits used.
- Monthly Unlimited ($19/mo) — unlimited transcriptions (subject to 200/day fair-use cap). Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period.
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 credits have been used or if the service was materially broken.
4. License keys
License keys are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your key publicly. We reserve the right to revoke keys used fraudulently or shared without authorisation.
5. Audio content
You are solely responsible for the audio you submit. You must have the legal right to transcribe it. Do not submit audio containing illegal content, content that violates third-party copyright or privacy rights, or recordings of other persons without their consent.
6. AI-generated transcripts
Transcripts are produced by xAI's Grok STT model. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing transcripts before relying on them for any important purpose.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use ScribeForge to transcribe content for illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harassment purposes, or to circumvent rate limits through automated means. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse without refund.
8. Liability
ScribeForge is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated transcripts or for decisions made based on them.
9. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old to use ScribeForge and make purchases.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Italian courts, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
