1. Acceptance

By using ScribeForge you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

ScribeForge provides AI-powered audio transcription (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) via xAI's Grok API. We make no guarantees about accuracy or uptime beyond commercially reasonable efforts.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use ScribeForge to:

• Transcribe or synthesise content that violates any applicable law.
• Generate synthetic voices of real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means.
• Process content containing personal data of third parties without appropriate legal basis.

4. License keys and payments

License keys are non-transferable and for personal or business use by the purchaser only. Keys for the 50-credit pack do not expire. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Stripe's billing portal.

We do not offer refunds once credits have been consumed. If you experience a technical failure on our side we will credit the affected uses.

5. Content and copyright

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading audio you grant us a temporary licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of any outputs.

6. Liability limitation

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
